The firm through its standard operation procedures leverages both in-house staff and short-term consultants to undertake work. MKA Education Services Ltd recruits short terms consultants only when the potential candidates meet the most basic requirement for the role available at the time of the recruitment. In this direction, we typically carry three out of many options of recruitment procedures.

First, our Human Resource team alongside the appropriate project officer solicits and vet the Curriculum Vitae of the potential short term consultant(s) for designated assignments and make their recommendation on the shortlisted Consultant(s) to quality assurance and safeguarding team. The quality assurance (QA) and safeguarding team, in turn, prepare a compliance report based on the background and due diligence checks of the shortlisted consultant(s).

When the recommendation from QA is negative, that ends it for the potential consultant. However, when the recommendation is favourable, it proceeds to management. Management makes one out of two decisions, namely, either to hire consultant one time or to hire and maintain consultant in our database.
