Livingstone Edward Xetor holds a Bachelor Degree in Education (Management) from University of Cape Coast. Livingstone is a passionate, proactive, team player and result oriented personality who always crave for excellence. His competencies cut across Critical Thinking, Transformational Leadership, Research, Project Management, Scalogram Analysis, Logical Framework, Questionnaire Development, Auditing and among others.

Hitherto to joining MKA Education Services Limited as a Research Assistant, Livingstone was a Teaching Assistant at the school of business, University of Cape Coast. As a teaching assistant, his tasks entail teaching and researching on course content. His career objective is to work in socio - economic development arena where he could critically and creatively influence policies and practices towards the welfare of humanity.

Livingstone is a level two student member of Institute Chartered Accountant Ghana (ICAG) as well as a student member of Institute of Directors Ghana (IoD-Gh). He is an advocate of Public Financial Management and Good Corporate Governance. It is his belief that to translate policies to practices for socio-economic development, it is imperative for duty bearers to be abreast with prudent public financial management practices coupled with the tenets of good corporate governance. His membership of the two aforementioned institutes seek to achieve this target.
