JULIUS KOFI AGBEKO (Managing Director) is an Experienced Educationist, Community Development and Girls & Women Empowerment Advocate; Project Leadership and Management; Partnership Building; Science Education lecturer; Teacher Education and Learning; Access and Equity concerns in Education; Complementary Basic Education (CBE); ICT and Media Adoption in Education; Large Scale Learning assessment and performance measurement; Monitoring and Evaluation in Education Services Sector; Quality Assurance and Evaluation with a track record of quality publications.

Julius has over 12 years of project management experience with seven years as a Project Director for Impact (Ed) International formerly Discovery learning Alliance managing an FCDO/UK Aid Girls Education Challenge fund for Africa. Currently, the Managing Director for MKA Education Services Limited in working closely with renowned subject experts and technical advisors and consultants from the worlds’ finest Universities. He serves as the organizational liaison with its internal and external partners; working closely with the Ghana Ministries of Education/Ghana Education Service, Social Welfare, Women and Children and the National Teachers Council. He has taught at a College of Education and head of science department for several years. A board member for a number of organizations.

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), an MSc in Science Education from Okayama University of Education Japan, an MPhil in Environmental Science from University of Ghana Legon, a BSc. in Chemistry from University of Cape Coast (UCC) and a diploma in Education from UCC. Currently, a PhD student.
